**AMA Membership is Required**  You can obtain or renew an AMA membership online at www.ama-cycle.org.

Sign up for AMA race day. Must have valid AMA full membership card or receipt.

You can  download the RMXA membership application using these links:

and print them front-to-back on a single sheet of paper.  (This will likely be required before a notary will sign the form.)

Keep in mind that all application forms, regardless of how you received them, will require a valid notarized signature.
