Alert- Photographer at Day in the dirt- Alert

Does anyone know, or know how to get in touch with the photographer known as, "Photo Jim" that was at Day in the dirt taking and selling pictures?

I purchased a picture, paid $20 in cash contingent upon him delivering a photo within 2 weeks. It's been 3 weeks now, no photo, and the number he gave is invalid.

Hopefully he will still come through, but if not, I hope no one else was swindled.
